Throughout the day we’re often rounding our neck and shoulders down and forward to type on a computer, look at our phone, and pick up kids. We’re constantly rounded forward. This position can really take a toll on our upper shoulders and our necks. The stretches I’m going to show you today will really help to loosen up those muscles that really feel the brunt of that bad posture and will help you have better posture by lengthening those muscles that sometimes can be shortened.
